Do you know how your imagination for your life?
Here are five steps to use your imagination to change your life.
Step 1 - a problem that you have to solve. It is important to be as accurate as possible. The more specific you are currently the easier it is to the desired changes.
Step 2 - In your imagination, three photos of yourself in the following three situations:
How the problem has begun. This may, however, no exact date, your emotional sense of how this problem for you is begun.
How is it now is: what is painful and uncomfortable.
How do you like in the near future, when this problem is resolved and behind you.
Step 3 - Imagine that we can establish a conference call between the three versions of you.
Step 4 - Create a conversation between you and when the problem began. What have you learned since then? What do you wish you had known at the time?
Step 5 - Create a conversation between you and you in the near future. What is the person who, in the future know that you do not know yet? How can you use this information?
